- When using our service, please test a quantity of 10–50 first to check the speed and quality, as well as the drop rate from the server, before placing larger orders. The listed speed for each server is a reference based on the supplier’s data. Actual performance may vary depending on whether the platform is currently scanning or throttling services, or whether there is a high or low volume of orders. Speeds may be fast today and slower tomorrow. Since we have many servers, we may not be able to update speeds in real time. If a server is excessively delayed, please notify the admin to request cancellation or temporary closure.
- Some servers do not return the original quantity. Please make a note or take a screenshot of your order to make warranty claims easier in the future
- Most servers do not offer warranty. Even if a server name mentions a warranty period, the actual warranty depends on whether the supplier agrees to process it. Whether an order can be canceled or not also depends on the supplier.
- For large orders such as followers or likes, it’s best to use the “repeat order” function for better stability.
- All accounts, posts, groups, and videos must be set to public. If you place an order on non-public content or change the ID after ordering, no refund will be given. Depending on the package, cancellations/refunds may be possible within 0–24 hours if applicable.
- Some servers may take several hours to start processing. Please be patient and do not stack orders. If you wish to cancel an order, contact the admin via Telegram for the fastest support.
- If you encounter errors like insufficient funds or balance issues, please contact the admin via Telegram
- Always enter the full URL, not just the ID. If you enter an ID and the order fails, we will not provide support or refunds. Servers that accept IDs will be clearly noted. When ordering, please carefully check the server name and read the description for each server.
- For Facebook avatar/cover orders, make sure likes are set to public by going to:
- Followers and Public Content → Public Information on Your Profile → Public.
- To get the correct post/video link on Facebook, click the timestamp of the post.
- Do not place multiple orders on the same link unless the server explicitly allows splitting. Wait for an order to be marked “Completed” before placing the next one. If you stack orders on the same link or place overlapping orders from another website and the count falls short, we cannot provide support.
- If an order is stuck in "Processing" for too long or gets canceled, please switch to another server.
- Prices are not fixed and may change hourly or daily.
- Sometimes the number delivered may fall short. For servers with warranty, you may submit a claim. We recommend marking up your sale price slightly to compensate for any future shortfalls. We earn very little profit, so we do not cover missing amounts.
